Education Program Coordinator (full-time)

Your role will focus on the following though will not be limited to:

• Coordinate the student’s affairs and classes of the CIE and Makifood programs.
• Oversee the development of the various CIE programs curriculum.
• Cooperating with foreign student agencies.
• Managing applicants through the application process both from Hungary and abroad.
• Maintain budget and track expenditures/transactions.
• Writing price quotations.
• Keep updated records and create reports or proposals.
• Schedule teachers lessons both in CIE and Makifood.
• Be present at some classes on demand basis.
• Fulfilling other duties and special projects as assigned by the management.

Your essential skills we are looking for:

• Must be a self-starter with little to no supervision in order to meet corporate goals.
• Must be capable of setting priorities and working under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Must be able to multi-task working and coordinate several tasks simultaneously.
• Strong interest in the field of gastronomy and education.
• Outgoing, stable personality, with a good sense of humor.
• Minimum of BA or BS degree in related fields.
• 4+ years of working experience.
• Fluent English C1 (oral/written) and Hungarian.
