WHEN DOES THE TRAINING START?
The next class will begin on the 15th of February, 2022.
HOW DOES THE EDUCATION WORK?
The program has three components: 1-theoretical, 2-practical lessons and 3-internship. Our school uses a digital classroom where video lectures and reading materials are available online. Practical classes are on Wednesdays from 12:30 to 16:30.
HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
Tuition is 6000 EUR and the state exam fee. Application fee is 100 EUR.
HOW LONG IS OUR TRAINING?
The duration of the training is 10 months, at total of 600 hours.
HOW MANY PEOPLE CAN PARTICIPATE IN EDUCATION? IN WHICH LANGUAGE?
During the practical lessons max. 15 students can participate.
Education is in English language.

WHAT PAPER CAN YOU GET AT THE END OF THE TRAINING?
At the end of the course, you will receive a state recognised certification issued by the Culinary Institute of Europe, stating that you have successfully met the requirements of the course, successfully completed your internship and passed the final exam. Furthermore, you will qualify for the state exam for Commis Chef professional certification. The state certification is recognised by the Hungarian and EU governments and you will be able to work in all types of professional kitchens in the EU.
